Amour Coffee Cafe
Love Cafe or Love Coffee Cafe?
I guess its both. sometimes, when the Wombat and the joey walks by on the way to Nirwana or Upwell, we'd pass this cafe and notice that there are always couples having coffee here. However, they serve more non-caffeine drinks than coffee, such as fresh juices and colas, (which we can see what many of them drink here) so its rather odd to call it a coffee cafe.i've never tasted thier coffee though, so maybe they do serve delicious coffees.
The Place
Situated in a corner lot, this café is a nice place to chill out or enjoy hearty meals of western and local food alike at any time of the day. It has both enclosed air-conditioned area for those of you who want to shield yourselves from Segamat’s notorious flies, and an open-air area for those who of you who would like to bask in the evening breeze.
The café looks very relaxing, and they offer a variety of main course, breakfast items, snacks and desserts for your pleasure. Besides that, they also offer an array of book or magazine selections for you to choose from and enjoy your coffee with. To add to that, they’ve also a cool juice bar outside to fulfill your endless desires for freshly squeezed, multi-coloured, healthy drink.
Evaluation:
Menu: Anything from western food like chicken chop, fish and chips, breakfast items, main courses include nasi goreng, koay teow soup, and more, snacks, floats, milkshakes, tea break items.
Price range: Undecided. Hmm..average price for food is RM5-RM10. But drinks range from RM 2-RM15. I guess it depends on what you eat. since they have a lot of western food, the price isafoordable, but rather costly to eat always.
Seating Capacity: 50++
Location: Opposite Old Taste Ipoh White Coffee, next to Nirwana
Opening Hours: 8am-12pm everyday
Additional info:
They do serve alcohol by the way, but the food is Halal, so no worries. Just make sure you don’t get tempted by those pretty, shiny beer bottles…(tsk..tsk..)
